THE AUDIENCE

Different needs.

One woman at the center.

The work began with a shared audience: women navigating midlife and looking for thoughtful ways to reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their everyday lives.

Rather than creating one solution for every need, the idea was to develop different experiences around the ways she might want to participate, reflect, move, or simply take a moment for herself.

THE EXPERIENCES

Different needs called for different kinds of experiences.

Some ideas invited movement. Others created space for reflection, gratitude, or a quiet moment of reconnection.

Rather than forcing everything into one format, each experience was developed around its own purpose, while sharing the same understanding of the woman it was created for.

SELECTED EXPERIENCE · 01

Movement, reframed as something to enjoy.

Muévete Bonito was created around a simple idea: movement doesn’t have to begin with pressure, performance, or rigid goals.

The experience invited women to explore movement through pleasure, curiosity, and everyday choices, turning the idea into something approachable, personal, and easy to bring into daily life.

SELECTED EXPERIENCE · 02

A broader idea, shaped into a guided experience.

Volver a mí was created around a broader theme: helping women in midlife reconnect with themselves through reflection, self-care, and intentional pauses.

Rather than treating the idea as a collection of separate prompts, the content was structured as a guided journey, bringing together reflections, exercises, rituals, and practical ideas in a thoughtful editorial experience.

THE THROUGHLINE

One audience. Different needs.

A connected ecosystem.

The work began by understanding the woman at the center, not by deciding what to create.

From movement and self-care to reflection and personal connection, each experience was developed around a different need, with its own purpose, format, and visual expression.

Together, they became something larger than a collection of individual products: a thoughtful ecosystem shaped around the different ways one audience might want to engage.

The common thread wasn’t the format. It was the woman each experience was created for.
